  10.    The enclosed software program is licensed by BBS Consultants, Inc. to
  11.    customers for their use only on the terms set forth below.  Using the
  12.    enclosed program indicates your acceptance of these terms.

  14.    BBS Consultants, Inc. hereby grants you a non-exclusive license to
  15.    use the enclosed software subject to the terms and restrictions set
  16.    forth in this Software License Agreement.

  18.    This software is copyrighted, with all rights reserved.  You may not
  19.    copy or otherwise reproduce any part of the software, except that you
  20.    may load the software into a computer as an essential step in
  21.    executing the software on the computer.  The original and any back-up
  22.    copies of the software are to be used only in connection with a
  23.    single computer.  Only one copy of the program may be used at any one
  24.    time. You may physically transfer the software from one computer to
  25.    another, provided that the software is used in connection with only

  70.    The program will create the file "SCM_OLD.TXT" text file of last
  71.    month's winners. Delete it or use it as a bulletin.

  74. INSTALLATION:
  75. ============
  76.    Copy the files listed above into the directory you wish to use.
  77.  
  78.    Make a menu entry for the game. Only one entry is needed as anyone
  79.    with PRIV 254 or higher can use the configuration option.

  81.    For example, you menu entry could look like:

  90. MAINTENANCE
  91. ===========
  92.    Normally there is no maintenance required.
  93.  
  94.    There are 5 configuration options that you (or anyone with PIRV = 254
  95.    or higher) can change. You can:
  96.       1) Set the forground and background colors,
  97.       2) Clear the winners list (clear it once and the current winners
  98.    become last months winner's, clear it twice and last month's winners
  99.    wiil be gone as well),
  100.       3) Set Scramble Words for one play per day or unlimited plays per
  101.    day,
  102.       4) Set the minimum priviledge level to pay, or
  103.       5) Set the time allowed to solve the word.

  105.    If you get a "record out of range" error message, replace the three
  106.    files ending in .NDX and the SCM-WIN.DBF files with the ones from the
  107.    orginal distribtion archive. This will reset the winners list as
  108.    well.
